Review

Overall I enjoyed Finally by Scarlett Metal. It was packed full of sexual heat. However, I didn’t feel that the story had much depth or the characters much development. Since this was a novella some of that is understandable, but I felt a little disappointment because I enjoyed the writing and this was a quick, entertaining read.
Lauren and Marcus work for the same company, but live in different cities. They have had a friendly flirtation for years and now it is on!!
Lauren and Marcus have so much sexual tension that if it was a guitar string it would have snapped because it was wound so tight. In the short pages though, they found many different ways to relieve that tension. In fact, the pages were packed with this erotic and sexy goodness.
Finally is told in alternating POVs which I love. I like the perspective this type of story-telling brings to the book. I would also like to add that I really enjoyed this story featuring my Windy City.
There feels like there is so much more to the story, so I hope the author takes me there in the next novel. Give it a try!! 3.5 Stars
